seeking processing of pending applications filed for extension of approval for Pharmacy Courses for the academic session 2026-27. 2. Mr.
Ajay Singh, learned standing counsel for the respondent, states that the respondent will duly consider the applications as per the Order dated 08.09.2025 of the Hon’ble Supreme Court passed in Civil Appeal No. 9048/2012 and circular dated 30.04.2026 of the Pharmacy Council of India, expeditiously and not later than 31.05.2026. 3. In case the said applications are decided against the petitioner, the petitioner will be entitled to avail of their legal rights and remedies. 4. With these directions, the petitions are disposed of.
