Hon’ble Mr. Justice Amitendra Kishore Prasad Order on Board 28/04/2026
1. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:-
“10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside the impugned order Dated 24.03.2026 (Annexure P/1) issued by the District Level Caste Certificates Verification Committee, Bilaspur. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set- aside the impugned order Dated 30.01.2026 (Annexure P/2) issued by the District Level Caste Certificates Verification Committee, Bilaspur. 10.3 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority not to create any further hindrance of verified caste certificate of the petitioner, as per letter Dated 12.03.2024 issued by the District Level Caste Certificates Verification Committee sent to the High Power Caste Scrutiny Committee Raipur. 10.4 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in favour of the petitioner as per the facts & circumstance of the present case, in the ends of justice.”

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh duly constituted petition.
3. No objection has been raised from other side.
