Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor basing on the written instructions states that, pending the Criminal Petition, the police filed charge sheet and the same was numbered as CC No.484 of 2022, on the file of the Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chilakaluripeta and the same was settled before the Lok Adalat vide Award dated 11.07.2026 before the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chilakaluripeta. 3. Copy of written instructions dated 11.09.2026 furnished by Sub-Inspector of Police, Chilakaluripeta Urban Police Station, 4 Palnadu District along with eCourts case status is made part of the record. 4. Learned counsel for petitioners has not disputed the submissions made by learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 5. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is closed, as the main case before trial Court was settled by the respective parties.
