Learned counsel for the respondent, has placed on record communication dated 23.05.2026 and submits that the judgment under reference has been duly complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, while acknowledging the aforesaid fact of compliance of the judgment under reference, submits that at this stage, he doesn’t want to pursue the present contempt petition.
3. Therefore, in view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present contempt petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy, as available to him under the law, if he still remains aggrieved.
