The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would strongly oppose the anticipatory bail application on the ground that the petitioner has got one previous case and apart from that PDS rice smuggled in this case is 12500 Kilograms. 3. Considering the gravity of the allegation against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has got one previous case of similar nature in Crime No.20 of 2025, this Court is of the firm view that the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. 4.
