1. Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :-
“ 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner and to amend in the seniority gradation list (2010 to 2015 & 2016 to 2021) as per obtaining marks within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.”
2. At the outset learned counsel for petitioner submits that at this stage, petitioner is only seeking direction to respondent no. 1 and 3 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner at the earliest, within specified time frame.

Learned counsel for respondent- State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties.

On due consideration of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent no. 1 and 3 to consider and take decision on the pending representation submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, within further period of three months from the date of receipt of the Order.
