Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioners praying therein for a direction upon the respondents to pay the compensation on the land acquired and further prays that besides the land acquired, they should be restrained from encroaching upon the land, which has not been acquired and further prays not to implement the further work till the compensation amount is fully paid to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since demarcation has been done; as such, the compensation, if any, which has been calculated may be extended to these petitioners.

Learned counsel for the respondent-NHAI does not have any objection.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that if there will not be any legal impediment with regard to the document, the same shall be extended to the petitioners after proper verification.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the instant writ application stands disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to approach respondent No.4 along with all supporting documents to claim compensation.

The moment the petitioners approach the respondent No.4 along with relevant document, he will verify their claim and decide the issue of compensation.

Accordingly, the instant writ application stands
disposed of. Pending I.A., if any, also stands closed.
