Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) The petitioner by way of present petition is seeking implementation of the judgment dated 08.10.2025, passed in CWP No.15833 of 2025, titled, Raman Sharma vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Anr. This Court while disposing of the aforesaid writ petition had directed the respondents to consider and decide the representation made by the petitioner in light of judgment passed in CWP No.1228 of 2024, titled, Dharmesh Sharma vs. State of HP & another. The Court without going into the merits of the case, had disposed of the petition with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. The respondents vide order dated 14.05.2026 had considered and rejected the representation made by the petitioner, on the ground that he is not entitled to the benefit from 28.08.1997 to 10.12.2006 in terms of the Government Notification dated 29.01.2018, and as per judgment dated 29.12.2008 in CWP No.488 of 2021, titled, V.K. Behal and others vs. State of H.P. and others. 3. Since this Court had only given the directions to the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, which has now been decided and the claim of the petitioner has been rejected on 14.05.2026, the mandate contained in the judgment passed by this Court has been duly complied with. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 14.05.2026, he shall be at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy, in accordance with law. 4.
