Through the medium of the instant application, supported with an affidavit, the applicant/petitioner seeks the rectification of the error which is alleged to have inadvertently come into being with the mention of the particulars of respondent No. 3 as Tehsildar North, Srinagar, instead of Tehsildar South, Srinagar, in the main disposed of petition bearing No. WP(C) No. 184/2026 as well as the final disposal order dated 07.02.2026. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and considered his submissions. 3. Perused the application. 4. On the grounds mentioned in the application coupled with the submissions made at the Bar, same is allowed, in view of the provisions of the Sections 151, 152 CPC and the particulars of the respondent No. 3 are corrected as ‘Tehsildar South Srinagar’, in the petition as well as the final order dated 07.02.2026. 5. Registry to make necessary correction in the title sheet of the disposed petition. 6. Consequently, the mention of the Tehsildar North, Srinagar, in the order dated 07.02.2026 shall be read as Tehsildar Sought, Srinagar, wherever occurring. 7. This order shall be an integral part of the order dated 07.02.2026 passed on the main petition while disposing of the same. 8. This application is disposed of.
