By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks the intervention of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to proceed with the investigation in accordance with law with utmost promptitude. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, in course of the hearing in the application drew the attention of this Court to the FIR registered on 08.12.2025 pursuant to the complaint registered as FIR in connection with Jamboo Marine P.S. Case No.253 of 2025. According to the learned counsel, although the occurrence has taken place about five months back, the progress in the investigation is not proper. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and upon hearing the learned counsel for the State, it is directed that the Opposite Party No.3 i.e. IIC, Jamboo Marine P.S. to monitor the investigation, if the same is not being taken up by him and to ensure the completion of the investigation with all fairness and diligence within a period of one month, if there be no other legal impediment. It is also directed that the Opposite Party No.2 i.e. the Superintendent of Police, Kendrapara to supervise the matter and pass appropriate instruction, for early submission of the Final Form, if any, taking into account the nature of the complaint and its gravity. 5.
