Considered the submissions made by counsel for the applicant/petitioner and the reasons mentioned in the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, the same is allowed. The delay in filing the restoration application is condoned. This restoration application has been filed by the petitioner- State for restoration of the S.B. Review Petition No.36/2020 which was dismissed vide order dated 09.07.2025 pursuant to the peremptory order dated 02.05.2025 which is in regard to filing of [2026:RJ-JP:25574] (2 of 2) [WRES-188/2026] an appropriate application for taking the legal heirs of the deceased-respondent on record. Having regard to the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the application, the Court deems just and proper to restore the review petition subject to cost of Rs.2,000/- to be paid with the Rajasthan High Court Bar Association, Jaipur. Accordingly, the restoration application is allowed. On submitting of receipt of depositing the cost amount, the review petition bearing S.B.
