Vide Order-in-Original dated 9th February, 2024, the respondent- authorities granted redemption in favour of the petitioner, which was upheld by the Appellate Authority vide order dated 23rd January, 2026. 3. Against the order of the Appellate Authority, we are informed that the respondent’s revision petition is pending, wherein neither a prayer for grant of interim relief has been made, nor revision is sought to be heard on a priority basis. 4. As such, it is prayed that the respondent be directed to comply with the Order-in-Original as well as the order passed by the Appellate Authority, as the petitioner is willing to comply with the conditions mentioned therein. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent states that revision can be directed to be heard expeditiously. This is a digitally signed order. Having considered the aforesaid issue, we are of the view that in case the respondent fails to take steps for the expeditious disposal of the revision, or in case the revision is not decided within a period of 12 weeks from today, the respondent must report compliance with the Order-in-Original as well as the order of the Appellate Authority in any case by 17th August, 2026. 7. We further direct that from the date the order of redemption was passed in favour of the petitioner, viz., the Order-in-Original, no warehouse charges shall be levied upon the petitioner, in case the said order is upheld by the Revisional Authority. 8.
