On the last occasion, the State was directed to seek instructions in the present matter. 3. Today, on instructions, learned State Counsel submits that no such incident, as narrated in the FIR, ever took place. It is submitted that, in fact, one Liyakat Ali lodged a complaint at the Police Station stating that an LCD was being brought from the shop of the present petitioner- Rahees, which was not in working condition. Consequently, the petitioner was called to the Police Station by Constable Irfan. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that today the petitioner has received a call from the office of the Senior Superintendent of Police and has been asked to report at the said Police Station. 5.
