Petitioner had applied for caste certificate by contending that he belongs to Other Backward Classes. His request was turned down by Tehsildar concerned on the ground that members of Gorkha community, excluding Brahmin and Kshtriya, are entitled to status of Other Backward Classes. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that identical issue has been decided by this Court in Writ Petition (MS) No. 1991 of 2023. 4. Upon perusal of the order passed in that writ petition, this Court finds that issue UKHC010111362023 2026:UHC:7522 involved is identical. 5.
