The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with the Writ Petition in support of the petitioner’s representation seeking for cancellation of patta standing in the name of the fourth respondent. 3. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation, dated 18.08.2025 seeking for cancellation of the patta for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition standing in the name of the fourth respondent, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the fourth respondent and any other third party whom the second respondent deem fit to enquire within the period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
