Mr. Sandip Kumar Mondal, Mr. Sumit Routh, Ms. Ritika Yadav …for the petitioner The petitioner herein is aggrieved by the order dated 06.12.2025 by which the Court below had issued warrant of arrest against the petitioner after cancelling the bail bond as the petitioner was not represented on that day when the matter was called on at 1:20 P.M. Learned Counsel for the petitioner made an innocuous prayer that he may be given liberty so that he may surrender before the Court below. Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and that the order which is proposed to be passed will not cause prejudice to the State, the service of copy of application upon the opposite party is dispensed with. Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, the instant application being CRR 284 of 2026 is hereby disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from this date and in the event of such surrender, the Court below will dispose of his prayer in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation made herein. 2 The impugned order dated 06.12.2025 which pertains to issuance of warrant of arrest against the petitioner shall be stayed for a period of four weeks from date or till the petitioner surrender before the Court below, whichever is earlier.
