Thereafter, notice for eviction was issued to encroachers on 31.07.2026 and order dated 10.08.2026 was subsequently passed for eviction of encroachers. This order was challenged by evicted persons by way of W.P.No.23373 of 2026, which was disposed of, directing Tahsildar concerned to decide the matter afresh within a period of six weeks.
