JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 4 09-04-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhaka P.S. Case No. 273/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 140(1) and 3(5) of B.N.S. 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and others are accused of kidnapping the victim. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that from statement of the victim, it does not appear to be a case of kidnapping for ransom, moreover, the victim in her statement Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.474 of 2026(4) dt.09-04-2026 2/2 has not said anything against the petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 21.09.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial. 5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed. 7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahna, East Champaran at Motihari /concerned Court below in connection with Dhaka P.S.
