Dan … for the o.p. o. 2 Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for one year two months nineteen days and added that the evidence of the vulnerable witnesses is over. It is also submitted that the petitioner is aged about 81 years. Learned advocate prays that the petitioner may be enlarged on any stringent condition. Learned advocate for the defacto-complainant is present and opposes the prayer for bail. Learned advocate submits that according to the charge-sheet the petitioner is aged about 59 years. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and draws the attention of the court to the statement of the victim under section 164 of the 2 Cr.P.c./Section 183 of the BNSS as also the medicolegal examination report of the victim. Having considered the aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (M) 784 of 2026 is Dismissed.
