Heard Sri Appavu Muniraj, learned counsel representing Sri M.R.K. Chakravarthy, learned counsel for petitioners, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.1-State and learned counsel for respondent No.2. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, basing on the written instructions dated 09.09.2026 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Veeravalli Police Station, Krishna District, submits that pending Criminal Petition, the impugned FIR in Crime No.128 of 2024 was dropped by the police vide C.No.3656/C.1/2026, 5 dated 04.02.2026. He also forwarded the relevant copy and the same is made part of the record. 4. At that juncture, learned counsel for petitioners submits that in view of the fact that as the main case itself is dropped by the police, no further orders are required to be passed in the present criminal petition. 5. Recording the submissions made by both the counsel, present Criminal Petition is closed.
