Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, basing on the written instructions, submits that pending the Criminal Petition, police filed charge sheet and the same was numbered as CC No.420 of 2024 on the file of the IV Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)- cum-IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tirupati and in the said Calendar Case, the petitioners got acquitted vide Judgment dated 10.04.2026.
