GP FOR MEDICAL HEALTH FW The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner’s request for mutual transfer. 2. The petitioner was working as Head Nurse at S.V.R.R. Government General Hospital, Tirupati. While so, under the Annual General Transfer, the petitioner was transferred as Head Nurse at Government Super Speciality Hospital, Kadapa, YSR Kadapa District, without considering the fact that the petitioner was an office-bearer of the Andhra Pradesh Health Administration Medical Services Association (APHAMSA) in Chittoor District. The petitioner submitted a representation seeking mutual transfer to S.V.R.R. Government General Hospital, Tirupati, in place of D.Saraswathi, who is working there. On 26.11.2025, the Regional Director of Medical and Health Services, Kadapa, requested the Superintendents of the Government Super Speciality Hospital, Kadapa and S.V.R.R. Government General Hospital, Tirupati, to submit the service particulars along with justifications for onward submission for taking further action. There is no further action taken thereon by the respondent authorities. Hence, the Writ Petition. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-III submits that the petitioner’s request for mutual transfer would be considered by the respondent authorities and an appropriate decision would be communicated as expeditiously as possible. 4. Considering the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner’s request for mutual 3 transfer, without reference to the general ban imposed by the State Government, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
