1. The present petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the Petitioner for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.
2. Material on record indicates that an Arbitral Tribunal was constituted by this Court vide Order dated 02.08.2023 passed in an arbitration petition being ARB.P. No. 520/2023. It is stated that the last of the mandate was extended by this Court vide Order dated 26.09.2025 for a period of nine months from 12.09.2026. The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is going to expire on 11.06.2026, and therefore, the present petition has been filed for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.
3. It is stated that arguments stand concluded and the Parties have been
