1. The petitioners have come forward with a premature contempt petition as they themselves have defaulted in acting in accordance with the mandate of the order dated 23.12.2025 whereby they were required to serve a copy of the order dated 23.12.2025 upon all the writ respondents whereas the only writ respondent to whom the copy of the order came to be served is the Jammu and Kahmir State Cooperative Bank, as such, the contempt petition is held to be premature and dismissed but reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to act in letter and spirit in compliance of the direction as given
in order dated 23.12.2025 and then come forward with the contempt petition if the direction as given in order dated 23.12.2025 remains non-complied.
2. Disposed of.
