The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the unauthorised construction at the property bearing no. 58, Mirza Hgalib Road, Hazrat Nizamuddin, New Delhi-110013 (hereinafter ‘subject property’). 2. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD, on advance notice, submits that a demolition order has been passed against the unauthorised construction at the subject property and demolition action has been scheduled for 10th June, 2026.
