Affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record. 2. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that authorities of petitioner-Ashram finding it difficult to run the Ashram due to local disturbances at the instance of private respondents. 3. Prayer is made for giving direction upon the concerned police authority which would permit the authority to run the petitioner-Ashram seamlessly. 4. Private respondents are represented by learned advocate who has opposed the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and it is submitted that unauthorizedly authorities of 2 petitioner-Ashram tried to make construction which compelled the private respondents to raise objection. 5. Learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed a communication dated 19th April, 2026 of Inspector-in-Charge, Kalna Police Station, Purba Bardhaman along with certain documents and same are taken on record. Copies of said communication dated 19th April, 2026 are made over to the learned advocates representing the petitioner and private respondents. 6. It is disclosed in the communication dated 19th April, 2026 that a pond was filled up measuring 4 decimals out of 32 decimals under plot no. 737 JL No. 139 and a construction was going on as a result whereof alleged incident took place. If any complaint is lodged by the petitioner and private respondents concerned police authorities are required to make enquiry on the said complaint and take necessary steps for maintaining peace and tranquility at the locale. 7. However, it is made clear that if the land in question is demarcated as pond as per relevant land records without order of conversion of 3 said land parties to this writ petition are not entitled to make construction. 8. With the aforesaid observation writ petition stands disposed of. 9. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
