Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2023 in connection with Mahagama P.S. Case No. 107 of 2022 corresponding to S.T. No. 144 of 2023, for the alleged offence registered under Sections 302 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code said to have been pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Godda. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the victim and his bail application was rejected by co- ordinate bench of this Court in B.A. No. 874 of 2025. She submits that the charge was framed as back as on 14.07.2023, but no witnesses has been examined and the petitioner is in custody since 21.01.2023. 4. The alleged offence is of 04.07.2022. 5. Considering the serious allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 6. The instant bail application is rejected. 7. However, the State is directed to ensure prompt production of witnesses. 8.
