According to the petitioner, he has not been paid compensation in its entirety even though part of the compensation was paid to him for the land acquired by National Highway Authority of India (NHAI). 5. Learned counsel for NHAI submits that if petitioner has any grievance, then he can approach the Competent Authority, Land Acquisition by making a representation. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting petitioner to make fresh representation to the Competent Authority. If he makes representation, within ten days from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within four months thereafter. It goes without saying that all the stakeholders, including NHAI shall be given reasonable opportunity of hearing before taking any decision.
