Since similar issue is raised in the both these writ applications, hence both these cases are heard together and a common order is being passed. 3. Both these writ applications have been filed by the respective petitioners praying therein for quashing of the Requisite Information No. 3654 dated 18.06.2019 passed by the Examination Controller, JSSC; whereby the candidature of the petitioners has been cancelled for appointment on the post of Teacher. Petitioners have further prayed for a direction upon the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for appointment under Advertisement No. 21/2016. 4. At the outset, Mr. Sanjoy Piprawall, learned counsel representing the respondent-JSSC submits that the instant writ application has become infructuous in view of the fact that appointment letter has already been issued to the respective petitioners. 5. This fact has not been disputed by the counsel for the petitioner upon instruction. 6. Having regard to the aforesaid fact, no further order 2026:JHHC:1145 3 can be passed; accordingly, both these writ applications stand disposed of. 7. Pending I.A., if any, also stands closed.
