The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue issue writ of mandamus commanding the respondents as to release the amount of gratuity, other payable amounts and pension amount accordance with the applicable rules. 10.2 Any other relief may kindly be given to the petitioner as this Hon’ble Court may think fit and proper.” 2 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to repeat the prayer at appropriate stage, if any exigency arises. 3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4. Certified copy as per rules.
