The applicant is apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No.387/2026 registered with Lakhandur Police Station, District Bhandara, for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act. This Court by order dated 18.08.2026 while issuing notice, has granted interim protection to the applicant. 3. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that so far as the allegations in the first information report are concerned, it speaks that the applicant, who is a public servant, Rgd. 2026:BHC-NAG:12538 Order 220926aba745.26 2 has demanded an amount of Rs.7000/- towards bribe from the informant for issuance of no objection certificate for running Poultry Farm. He submits that pursuant to the interim protection, the applicant has cooperated with the investigating agency. He therefore, prays for confirming the interim protection. 4. I have heard the rival submissions of the parties. This Court by order dated 18.08.2026 has granted interim protection to the applicant. The learned A.P.P. accepts that the applicant pursuant to the interim protection has appeared before the Investigating Officer and cooperated with the investigation. Hence, considering the above facts and circumstances, I am inclined to confirm the interim protection granted to the applicant by this Court on 18.08.2026, hence, the following order. 5. The interim protection granted to the applicant Ranju Madhukar Ambade vide order dated 18.08.2026 is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions. 6.
