1. The present joint petition has been filed by the parties under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of six months w.e.f 31.05.2026 till 30.11.2026.
2. I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for extending the mandate of the learned Tribunal.
3. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of six months w.e.f 31.05.2026 till 30.11.2026.
4. The petition stands disposed of.
