The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent no.1/MCD to take action against the unauthorized construction being carried out on public land near Javed Chemist, Gali No. 3, Johri Farm, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi (hereinafter the ‘subject property’). 2. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/MCD on advance notice submits that demolition order has already been passed against the unauthorized construction on the subject property on 22nd May, 2026, This is a digitally signed order.
