Sahani, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 131/2025. It has been alleged that the petitioner and another accused person were apprehended by the Police with mobile phones. They were suspected to be involved in cybercrime. Submission has been advanced by Mr. A.K. Sahani, learned counsel for the petitioner that none of the victims have come forward to lodge a case against the petitioner. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 18.09.2025 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner but has accepted the fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Case, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
