ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to remove the compound wall near Saduperi lake bank and provide free access to the petitioner’s property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner’s representation, dated 18.08.2025.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. With regard to the removal of compound wall sought for by the petitioner is concerned, it is made clear that the said relief cannot be granted, since the said compound wall includes the park area. This Court can only direct the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation seeking for providing access to the petitioner’s property based on the petitioner’s representation, dated 18.08.2025 on merits and in accordance with law. 4. The petitioner claims that she does not have any access for her property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition due to construction of the compound wall.
5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation with regard to providing access to the petitioner’s property is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6. The competent authority to decide the petitioner’s representation is the 4th respondent herein.
7. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 4th respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s representation, dated 18.08.2025 insofar providing access to the petitioner’s property alone is concerned, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
