Mr.B.Sanjay Balachandar, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Mr.Veena Suresh, learned Standing Counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit, on instructions, that the representation of the petitioner has already been rejected by the second respondent as there is no possibility to allot Shop No.92 in the CMDA special project division in favour of the petitioner as prayed for by the petitioner in his representation. However, learned Standing Counsel would submit, on instructions, that the petitioner was required to appear on 28.04.2026 before the second respondent with regard to payments made by the petitioner with the second respondent seeking allotment of shop No.92 in the CMDA special project division. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Writ Petition No.15435 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2026 seeking for allotment of shop No.92 in the CMDA special project division or in the alternate, to refund the amount paid by the petitioner while seeking for allotment of shop in CMDA special project division after adjustment of the amount, if any due and payable to the second respondent, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
