Act, 2023, a limited prayer has been made by the petitioner, which reads as under: “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and direct the learned court below to conclude the matter which is pending before learned J.M.F.C. Bilaspur District Bilaspur (C.G.) in Cr.Case No.861/2021 Parties name State of Chhattisgarh Vs. Swapnil Patanwar and others in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge-sheet was filed in the year 2019 before the concerned trial Court and thereafter charge was framed against the petitioner and the co-accused person on 24.09.2022 under Section 25 & 29 of the arms Act. He further submits that so far the Digitally signed by ALLENA ANJANI KUMAR Date: 2026.05.05 18:13:45 +0530 2 prosecution has examined only 3 witnesses, out of 8 witnesses, therefore, it is prayed that the trial Court be directed to decide the matter pending before the learned J.M.F.C. Bilaspur, within stipulated time. 3. Learned State Counsel has no objection. 4. Accordingly, learned J.M.F.C., Bilaspur is directed to decide the Criminal Case No.861/2021, as early as possible, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of this Order, in accordance with law. 5.
