In this petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 31st December, 2018 (Annexure-A) passed in Appeal No.268/2014 on the file of the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru (Mysuru Camp) and order dated 24th June, 2014 (Annexure-B) passed by the respondent No.1 in Dispute No.JRM/S-11/1677/2006-07.
2. Sri. Jagadeesh C.M., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner Sri. H.K. Kenchegowda, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent No.1; and Sri. K. Ananda, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2.
3. Having taken note of the submission made by;
learned counsel appearing for the parties, the factual aspects of the case are connected with the enquiry conducted by the respondent No.1-Bank, which is challenged in Writ Petition No.52872 of 2016 before this Court.

Therefore, since, this Court, in Writ Petition No.52872 of 2016, remitted the matter to the Enquiry Officer for fresh consideration and further as the facts involved in this petition are identical to the facts in the aforesaid writ petition, the present petition deserves to be allowed and matter be remitted to the Enquiry Officer for fresh consideration. Accordingly, I pass the following:
O R D E R
i) Writ Petition allowed; ii)
Order dated 31st December, 2018 (Annexure- A) passed in Appeal No.268/2014 on the file of the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bengaluru (Mysuru Camp) is hereby set-aside; consequently order dated 24th June, 2014 (Annexure-B) passed by the respondent No.1 in Dispute No.JRM/S-11/1677/2006-07 is hereby quashed and the matter is remitted back to the respondent No.2 for conducting fresh enquiry under the circumstances narrated above.
