Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Tahasildar, Berhampur, Dist.- Ganjam (Opposite Party No.3) to grant due opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner before proceeding for eviction/ demolition and take a decision, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.
