2. By means of the present application, the applicants seek grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Case Crime No. 622 of 2023, registered at Police Station Gangnahar, District Haridwar, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 09.11.2023, granted interim anticipatory bail to the applicants. In compliance with the conditions stipulated therein, the applicants have duly cooperated with the investigation as and when called upon by the Investigating Officer.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the charge-sheet has already been filed, the trial is pending, and the applicants have been regularly cooperating with the proceedings.
Learned counsel for the applicants further submits that, pursuant to the interim protection granted by this Court, the applicants have cooperated throughout the course of investigation and have not misused the liberty so granted to them. It is further submitted

2026:UHC:7584 that, in view of the filing of the charge- sheet, no custodial interrogation of the applicants is required at this stage.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court finds that the applicants have remained protected by virtue of the interim order dated 09.11.2023 and have duly complied with the conditions stipulated therein. The applicants have extended full cooperation during the course of investigation, and no material has been placed before this Court to indicate that they have either misused the liberty granted to them or failed to cooperate with the investigating agency.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly the conduct of the applicants during the period of interim protection, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that the applicants have made out a case for confirmation of the interim anticipatory bail granted vide order dated 09.11.2023.
7. Consequently, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicants vide order dated 09.11.2023 is hereby confirmed and made absolute. The applicants shall remain on anticipatory bail on the same terms and conditions as contained in the aforesaid
order.
8. Accordingly, the present Anticipatory Bail Application stands allowed.
