JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 01-04-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State. 2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 331(4) of the B.N.S. 3. As per the prosecution case, on 14.07.2024 at 01:00 P.M., unknown thieves entered the house of the informant after breaking lock and committed theft in the dwelling house by taking away some gold ornaments and other articles. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name transpired on Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10837 of 2026(3) dt.01-04-2026 2/2 the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Mukesh Shah before the police while in police custody and there is no recovery of any article from the petitioner. Chargesheet has been filed in this case and the investigation is complete and there is no allegation of tempering, the petitioner has been made accused in altogether 8 cases on the basis of confessional statement, and he is in custody since 24.04.2025 5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the aforesaid submissions of the parties and taking into account the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Darbhanga, in connection with Sakatpur P.S.
