The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has deposited 20% of the cheque amount before the learned Trial Court. Respondent No.2 is at liberty to withdraw the same without producing any surety. The learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- has been paid by the Petitioner to Respondent No.2 on 10.08.2026, and that the remaining amount was agreed to be paid on or before 10.10.2026, excluding the 20% of the cheque amount which is to be withdrawn from the learned Trial Court without producing any surety. In view of the Mediator’s report, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as compromised.
