This is an application seeking condonation of 38 days delay in filing the restoration application, which is seeking set-aside the order dated 12.01.2026, passed by the Registrar (Judicial), thereby refusing registration of Writ Petition (Stamp) No.19021 of 2025. The delay caused is explained in para.1 and 2 of the application. 2. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed, however, subject to the conditions that the office objections, if any, be removed and the applicant shall deposit costs of Rs.1,000/-, in the Public Welfare Account maintained with Union Bank of India, High Court Branch, Civil Lines, Nagpur, bearing Account No.129712010001014 and IFSC Code UBIN0812978, within two working weeks from today. 6.
