It is the case of the petitioner that the petition mentioned properties are registered with the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board in the name of the petitioner Masjid are encroached, hence, for removal of encroachment, the petitioner has made a representation dated 30.01.2026 to the respondents 1 to 3, however, no action is forthcoming. Hence, this writ petition. 3. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.
