It is the case of the petitioner that the petition mentioned properties are registered with the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board in the name of the petitioner Masjid are encroached, hence, for removal of encroachment, the petitioner has made a representation dated 30.01.2026 to the respondents 1 to 3, however, no action is forthcoming.
