1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-

“10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and direct the Respondent No. 4 to decide the representation dated 10.02.2026 (Annexure P/3) of the petitioner within 45 days, in the interest of justice. 10.2 Any other relief which the Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted to petitioner.”
2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the petitioner has already submitted representation for redressal of his grievance as raised in this writ petition before the Respondent No. 4, therefore, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 4 to take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner at the earliest within specified time.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for petitioner, she is having no objection.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record.
5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 4 to take decision on the pending representation in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of order.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
