GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING 3 The court made the following Order: The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of respondents in releasing the retainer bill towards the services rendered by the petitioner as Legal Adviser for a period of one year from 24.03.2023 to 23.03.2024. The petitioner is entitled for an amount of Rs.35,000/- per month, to be payable on contract basis, in pursuance of G.O.Rt.No.100, dated 21.03.2023. It is submitted that the said honorarium has not been released, in spite of several representations made the petitioner. 2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents does not dispute the contents of G.O.Rt.No.100, dated 21.03.2023. It is also not in dispute that the petitioner rendered advisory services as per his engagement. On these considerations, the Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the respondents to verify and release the outstanding dues payable to the petitioner towards the honorarium for the period of advisory services rendered by him from 24.03.2023 to 23.03.2024. 3. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to verify and release the outstanding dues payable to the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
