The petitioner is an accused in connection with S. T. No. 207 of 2002 arising out of Arki P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019 corresponding to G. R. No. 506 of 2020(S). It has been alleged that the brother of the informant was murdered by unknown miscreants by slitting his throat. The petitioner has been implicated on confessions of Asai Munda and Kuwar Munda and both have been granted bail by this court in B. A. Nos. 2453 of 2021 and 1696 of 2021. The reason for the institution of the FIR seems to be the fact that the petitioner wanted to marry a girl, but she was having a relationship with the deceased. Though, it has been submitted by the learned A.P.P. that the petitioner is having several criminal antecedents, but regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Khunti in connection with S.
