Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the accused- petitioner hereinabove and submits that one another criminal case is registered against the accused-petitioner, therefore, the accused-petitioner may not be granted the benefit of bail under Section 483 BNSS. 4. Heard and considered the submissions made at the Bar and perused the material available on record, the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the contentions put forth by learned counsel for both the parties; that the charge-sheet against the accused-petitioner has been filed; that the accused-petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2026; that the alleged offences are triable by Magistrate; that the co-accused person namely Rajat Soni has already been enlarged on bail by the Trial Court itself vide order dated 26.05.2026; that the trial will take its own time. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused- petitioner on bail. 5.
