Hence, this complaint. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is that by using his account Rs.38 lakhs has been cheated. The occurrence took place between 16.01.2026 and 12.03.2026 and FIR came to be registered on 16.03.2026. He further submitted that the petitioner was innocent and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that he is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court and he is ready to co-operate for investigation. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that there are 12 NCPR notices pending against the petitioner and hence, he strongly opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5. I have given my anxious consideration to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration of the severity of the allegation against this petitioner, this Court https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 8565 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 is of the firm view that it is not appropriate to consider the application, as the investigation is at preliminary stage. Taking into consideration of totality of the circumstances and upon the serious allegation against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to consider the anticipatory bail at this stage. 7.
