order has been challenged by applicant, who admittedly is a third party to lis.

2. It is stated that present applicant had earlier filed W.P. No.19125 of 2008 whereby question of issuance of certain caste certificates incorrectly in respect to Samban scheduled caste community was raised.
3. Application for impleadment, it is submitted, has already been filed by applicant before learned writ Court.
4. In the given facts and circumstances, we do not find any ground to cause interference at this stage. Applicant is at liberty to pursue application, which has been filed before learned writ Court seeking impleadment. There is no expression of opinion on merits of matter. I.A. No.1 of 2026 is, accordingly, dismissed at this stage. Consequently, Writ Appeal is dismissed. In case of an
order adverse to applicant, he is at liberty to take his remedies in accordance with law. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any including I.A. No. 2 of 2026 shall stand closed.
